Decades have passed since legendary warrior-priest Ivan Isaacs (Jason Statham) vanished into the wasteland, believing the vampire menace was finally extinguished. But in 2026, a terrifying, evolved breed of nocturnal monstrosities rises from the ashes of the old hives, threatening the last bastions of human civilization. Isaacs, now a battle-scarred elder bearing the heavy burden of his past crusades, is dragged back into a war he thought he finished. He finds the remnants of the Church have resorted to desperate, forbidden measures: creating a younger, genetically enhanced clone of Isaacs himself to serve as the ultimate weapon against the new darkness. This uneasy mirror image of past and present must reconcile their shared soul to face the encroaching evil. Surrounded by an endless army of nightmare creatures under a sky burning with apocalyptic fire, this disparate band of heroes must forge a desperate alliance.
